FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to carbon-carbon composite materials operating under conditions of high thermal loading and oxidative medium, as well as to the field of creation and production of carbon materials based on volume-reinforced frames from carbon fibre. Invention relates to a device for forming 4D frame of a multidimensional reinforced carbon composite material, consisting of a unit for feeding horizontal rods and a unit for forming a frame with the functions of fixing the vertical rods Z and pressing the horizontal rods. Unit for feeding horizontal rods with directions X, Y, R of the frame consists of three conductors, two horizontal conductors of workpieces and a conductor of rods, clamps of workpieces and rods, pushers of workpieces and rods, a cutter. In the frame formation unit with the functions of the horizontal rods X, Y, R clamping and the vertical rods Z fixation with the frame angular orientation relative to the Z axis, all three conductor plates have holes in horizontal plane arranged with mutual position of rows at angle of 60°. Invention also relates to a method of forming 4D frame of a multidimensional reinforced carbon composite material.
EFFECT: increase in productivity by automating the assembly process, improving quality due to the guaranteed parallelism of the horizontal layers of the frame and the accuracy of the location of the frame rods in space.
