FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing volumetric reinforced composite material. Technical result is achieved by the method of manufacturing a volume reinforced composite material, which includes manufacturing a reinforcing cage in the form of a four-directional spatial structure of carbon fibers and forming a matrix. In this case, the reinforcing skeleton is made by installing vertical rods, with a step equal to the step of the gaps in the triaxial tissue. Rods are made of carbon fiber impregnated with a binder. On the rods thread triaxial fabric woven from carbon fibers, with the formation of lumens with the size of cells equal to the cross-section of the rods. Matrix is formed from a carbon, ceramic or polymeric material.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the physical and mechanical properties of products and a reduction in the labor intensity of their manufacture.
