FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing volumetric reinforced composite material. Technical result is achieved by a method for manufacturing a volume-reinforced composite material, which includes manufacturing a multi-dimensional reinforcing carcass by means of a set of carbon fiber rods, placing the reinforcing frame into a mold, impregnating it under pressure with a binder. Rods are made of carbon fiber impregnated with polyetheretherketone. Polyether ether ketone is used as a binder. Assembled frame is placed in a mold and the impregnation is carried out by polyetheretherketone in the following sequence: heating to the melting point of PEEK and evacuation, intermediate exposure in vacuum, creation of excess pressure, intermediate holding under pressure, cooling, removal of excess pressure.
EFFECT: technical result is improved biocompatibility, maintaining high specific characteristics, increasing the operating temperature to 250 °C, reduction in the duration and energy intensity of the manufacture of products.
