FIELD: repair production.
SUBSTANCE: each shaft neck is previously subjected to copper plating by rubbing it with a swab during rotation, then plates are used as a repair element, which are made by rolling a mixture of brass powder and powders of hard alloy materials. Paste flux is prepared by thoroughly mixing soldering fat, borax and brass powder, which is applied to repair plates, then repair plates with flux are mounted on each neck. Each neck is placed in turn in a split inductor and subjected to heating for soldering and sintering the plate, while the split inductor is switched on according to the program - first, a low frequency of 50 Hz is used to increase the heating depth, and then the frequency is increased to 5000 Hz, after warming up, shower cooling is performed with water. In conclusion, the restoration of the surface of the necks is performed by grinding during their rotation on a lathe using a grinding device fixed in the tool holder.
EFFECT: possibility to improve the quality of the coating and increase the service life of steel crankshafts.
