FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: facilities to measure parameters of cleaning process include strain gauge and photoelectric sensors, a source of light diode or laser radiation, equipment for amplification and processing of a useful signal. Strain gauge sensors are arranged on the rear side of the tested samples or elements of their fixation. The photoelectric sensor and the source of optical radiation are placed on the surface of the tight body with the possibility of radiation flow passage via a stream of washing solution. Outputs of the sensors are connected via a multi-channel amplifier and an analogue-to-digital converter of a bench control unit with an input port of a personal computer. Software makes it possible to determine frequency, mass, spatial and time characteristics of washing liquid flow and dynamic loads at tested samples.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement of mass, space and time parameters of hydrodynamic cleaning.
