SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical immunology, immunochemistry, namely to a method for preparing a polyclonal monospecific serum against human immunoglobulin A (SIgA) containing no lactroferrin impurity antibodies in the original condition. The polyclonal monospecific serum against SIgA contains no lactroferrin impurity antibodies that is ensured by the additional remoal of the lactoferrin impurity from the antigen decontamination at the final stage of SIgA recovery from female colostrum using the sorbent BrCN-activated heparin-sepharose.
EFFECT: anti-SIgA serum may be used for qualitative and quantitative secretory IgA test using immunoelectrophoresis, radial immunodiffusion and immunoenzymometric test systems in mucosal intestinal, respiratory, urogenital secretions for the purpose of research activities 1 ex the test systems for mucosal intestinal, respiratory, urogenital secretions for the purpose of research activities.
