SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to device and method for making the stiffness element with inclined section. Proposed device comprises roller-type forming tool comprising first and second rollers. Note here that said first roller has shaped part to enter appropriate shaped recess at second roller peripheral surface while clearance is formed between said first and second rollers corresponding to required shape for long element to be passed between rollers. Note here that required shape includes curvilinear bend between rib and flange. Note also that recess shape of second roller and that of appropriate part of first roller vary over the part of roller peripheral rollers so that clearance radius of curvature between radius corresponding to curvilinear bend varies between minimum and maximum values.

EFFECT: ruled out folds at stiffness element.
