FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pharmaceutically acceptable N-[4-(1-cyanocyclopentyl)phenyl]-2-(4-pyridylmethyl)amino-3-pyridine carboxamide salt, where the salt is a mesylate or hydrochloride. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition, having anti-tumour activity, which contains said salt and use of said salt when producing an anti-tumour drug. Also disclosed is a method of producing a pharmaceutically acceptable N-[4-(1-cyanocyclopentyl)phenyl]-2-(4-pyridylmethyl)amino-3-pyridine carboxamide salt, particularly a mesylate or hydrochloride thereof.
EFFECT: novel N salts have better stability and bioavailability.
