FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a heterophase polypropylene composition with sufficiently high melt flow index, high hardness, acceptable impact properties and a favourable hardness to transparency ratio, a method of producing the polypropylene composition, an article made from the polypropylene composition and use of the polypropylene composition to make films and moulded articles such as thin-wall polymer packaging containers. The polypropylene heterophase composition contains at least a polypropylene homopolymer fraction, a random polypropylene copolymer fraction, two different ethylene polypropylene rubber fractions and an ethylene homo- or copolymer fraction.
EFFECT: good impact strength at low temperature and improved fluidity and transparency of the article.
