FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a bath, a bubbling chamber installed in the bath, current leads, an electric current source and control systems of a process of microarc oxidation, electrolyte cooling and exhaust ventilation; with that, it is equipped with small baths filled with electrolyte; current leads are made in the form of three rods from electrically conducting material, which are installed horizontally and located uniformly above the bath, insulated from it and parallel to each other, and two extreme rods are electrically connected to each other and to one of the current source poles, to the second pole of which a middle rod is connected. Small baths are put on extreme rods by means of suspensions from electrically conducting material for treated products with possibility of submersion of each of the small baths filled with electrolyte into the device bath filled with cooling liquid to the required depth, and on the middle rod there arranged are suspensions for treated products with possibility of their submersion into small baths filled with electrolyte to the required depth.
EFFECT: increasing process efficiency of products by providing the possibility of their group treatment.
