FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for correction of lagophthalmos. Set for lagophthalmos correction contains, at least, one measuring load, at least, one correction load and, at least, one holder of measuring load. Measuring load is made in form of first curves elongate plate with concave working surface for installation on external surface of eyelid. First plate has working surface with curvature radius from 10 to 14 mm and is made with longitudinal slots on middle sections of lateral sides or with transverse slots on middle longitudinal axis, each of which is from 1.5 to 6 mm long, has transverse section in form of rectangular trapezoid and is displaced to convex non-working surface of first plate. Bevelled sides of slots are oriented toward each other and are located at angle 35-55° to the surface of travel of branches of measuring load holder. Correction load is made in form of second curved elongated plate with concave working surface for installation on external surface of eyelid. Second plate has radius of working surface curvature from 10 to 14 mm, weight, equal to weight of measuring load, and convex non-working surface, made for fixation of adhesive tape. Holder of measuring load is made in form o two spring-loaded branches, which are connected to each other with non-working ends and have on working ends from 1.5 to 6 mm long projections with transverse sections in form of rectangular trapeziums, oriented toward each other with their beveled sides, located at angle 35-55° to the surface of branch travel.

EFFECT: device ensures convenience of load installation, accuracy of its fixation on patient's eyelid, with higher accuracy of permanent implant weight, as well as possibility of using measuring load for logophthalmos correction.
