FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a valve containing a lever in the first position, at which the valve is closed. An elongated element from alloy with shape memory effect has the first end connected to the lever. With that, the element made from alloy with shape memory effect is deformed to the first length. Exposure at least of some part of the element made from alloy with shape memory effect to temperature action at the temperature of its austenitic conversion or exceeding it causes shortening of the element made from alloy with shape memory effect to the second length that is smaller than the first length. The above shortening makes the first end of the element made from alloy with shape memory effect pull the lever to the second position, at which the valve is open. A displacement element displaces the lever to the third position, at which the valve is open.
EFFECT: improving control efficiency of high pressure vessels.
