Device for the destruction of weed plants consists of a primary source of electricity located on a mobile mobile transport base, modular block of high-voltage impulses, the block of management of the partitioned working bodies, the block of the analysis and the forecast, the block of sensors, the block of communication with management of the top level, the block of a database. Output of the control unit is connected to the input of the primary power source and the input of the communication unit with the control of the upper level. Output of the primary power source is connected to the input of a modular high-voltage pulse unit. Output of the high-voltage pulse unit is connected to the input of the block of sectionalized working elements. First input of the control unit is connected to the output of the analysis and forecasting unit. First input of the analysis and forecasting unit is connected to the output of the database block. Second input of the analysis and forecast unit is connected to the output of the sensor unit. Second input of the control unit is connected to the output of the communication unit with control of the upper level.

EFFECT: increasing efficiency; electricity consumption is reduced; the device parameters are adjusted depending on the actual and predicted characteristics of the technological processes.
