FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves lowering to a well of underground equipment layout, installation of a packer or an anchor, and operation of the layout. According to the invention, the layout is lowered to the well. When design depth is reached, the packer or the anchor is installed at the specified interval by unloading of the weight of pipe string, the first mark is made on the pipe string at the level of a flange of a wellhead tap, the pipe string is lifted a little from the first mark by a certain value, the pipe string is lowered to the first mark, and packer or anchor installation is performed. The pipe string is pulled to the specified value, the second mark is made on the pipe string at the level of the flange of the wellhead tap, the packer or the anchor is removed by pulling the pipe string, distance from upper coupling of the pipe string to the second mark and distance between the first and the second marks is measured. The pipe string is fitted by means of connection pipes or installation place of the packer or the anchor is changed so that runout of upper thread of an adapter is at the level of the second mark. Seizure is performed by means of a slider under upper coupling of the pipe string, the coupling is disconnected from the stock, on bridges there inserted is the device assembled with the adapter into a feedthrough hole of a face plate, and its movement throughout the stock length is checked. When there is not enough device stock length, the stock is elongated by means of a connection pipe, the coupling and stock are connected to each other, a ball is placed in the inner cavity of the device, a swivel head is screwed into the coupling, and the face plate is suspended by means of a sling to a hook block. Seizure is performed by means of an elevator under the coupling of the device assembled together with the adapter and the face plate. On upper coupling of the pipe string there threaded is the adapter assembled with the device and freely moving on the device with the face plate, the pipe string is lifted a little, a mark is made on it, at the distance from runout of upper thread of the adapter, which is equal to distance between the first and the second marks, repeated installation of the packer or the anchor is performed. The pipe string is pulled till the outlet of upper thread of the adapter above the flange of wellhead tap, a face plate is screwed on upper thread of the adapter, the face plate is lowered onto the flange of wellhead tap and the wellhead is sealed. Pressure of certain value is created in inner cavity of the device through the swivel head, under action of which a piston overcomes resistance of a spring ring and is moved downwards so that latches are released. The pipe string is pulled for release of latches engaged with the adapter, and the device is removed from the adapter.
EFFECT: possibility of pulling the pipe string over proper weight so that sealing of the well head is provided.
