FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of primer, filler and/or varnish. Rotary sprayer orients every primary direction and every secondary direction of coat jets to form combined jets. Appropriate positions of primary opening and every secondary opening to form combined jets each resulting from crossing of at least one primary and at least one secondary jets. Area of intersection is located at edge inlet. Proposed method exploits rotary sprayer with total air flow rate of 100 Nl/min to 1000 Nl/min composed of 25-75% of primary jet flow rate and 75-25% of secondary jets.
EFFECT: efficient and stable coating.
