FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: product resistant to wetting includes a coating having the value of open porosity of surface of up to approximately 5 vol. %. Coating includes material containing primary oxide and secondary oxide, where primary oxide contains cation chosen from a group consisting of cerium, praseodymium, terbium and hafnium, and secondary oxide contains cation chosen from the group consisting of rare-earth elements of yttrium and scandium.
EFFECT: invention provides material having low wetting ability, which contributes to stable drop condensation, and that is stable at increased temperatures and having improved mechanical properties.
