FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: inductive differential motion meter comprises two inductance coils with a yoke on an elastic suspension placed between them, in which each coil is connected via a diode with a capacitor so that they form an inductive-diode-capacitance bridge (LDC) with an output diagonal between points of capacitor connection with an appropriate diode and an input diagonal between the common point of both inductance windings and the common point of capacitors, a source of DC voltage and two keys. To control the keys, a width-pulse modulator is introduced (WPM). The keys are connected with the common points of appropriate coils and diodes and are connected to the common point of the source of power supply. The second output of the source is connected to the common point of inductance coils. The differential input of the WPM is connected with the output diagonal of the LDC-bridge. The WPM has a direct and an inverse outputs, which are connected to bases of the keys so that the negative feedback is realised, which stabilises voltage in the output diagonal of the LDC-bridge, and each of the keys with the appropriate LDC-branch of the bridge forms a step-up DC-DC converter.
EFFECT: increased resolving power of a meter.
