FIELD: control systems; measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method of controlling the system, which is configured in order to consume the fluid such as motor fuel and has at least two flow meters, is provided. Method includes the fluid recirculation stage in the closed loop, which has the flow meter on the supply side and the flowmeter on the return side, in such a way that substantially no fluid is consumed. Flow rate of the fluid is measured in the flowmeter on the supply side and in the flowmeter on the return side. Fluid flow measurements are compared among the flowmeter on the supply side and the flowmeter on the return side and the first differential zero value is determined based on the difference in fluid flow measurements among the flowmeter on the supply side and the flowmeter on the return side. First value of the temperature sensor signal is received and correlated with the first differential zero value. First differential zero value, which is compared with the first value of the temperature sensor signal, is saved in the electronic meter.

EFFECT: improved reliability of calibration in conditions of changing the temperature of the fluid.
