FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: authorisation information in case of desired access to a key is wirelessly transmitted to a blocker and, depending on the received authorisation information, the blocker establishes the right to access, wherein establishment of the right to access in the blocker further includes comparing the identification code of the received key with a list of key identification codes stored in the memory of the blocker. Authorisation information is transmitted over a wireless telecommunication network to a wireless mobile telecommunication device and the authorisation information received by the mobile telecommunication device is transmitted to a key storage device. The list of key identification codes is stored and managed in a central processor, transmitted over the wireless telecommunication network to the mobile telecommunication device, wirelessly transmitted from the key to the blocker and then stored in the memory of the blocker.
EFFECT: granting and changing access rights without direct intervention into blockers.
