SUBSTANCE: invention particularly discloses a mobile terminal which transmits a common channel signal in an uplink using a given number of basic frequency blocks from a plurality of basic frequency blocks selected from a system bandwidth, wherein each of the basic frequency blocks has a given bandwidth. When receiving, in a downlink, control information for frequency adjustment of the common channel signal between different basic frequency blocks, the mobile terminal maps the common channel signal to subcarriers in different basic frequency blocks such that there is frequency adjustment between basic frequency blocks in accordance with the control information, and wirelessly transmits to the base station the transmitted signal after mapping.
EFFECT: high quality of receiving a common channel signal transmitted in an uplink or downlink.
