FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied for obtaining chloride, in particular, from calcium chloride. For this purpose after preliminarily burning for removal of hydrated water calcium chloride is sintered with aluminosilicate or mixture of aluminium and silicon oxides in molar ratio CaO:Al2O3:SiO2=1:1:2 at normal pressure in the interval of temperatures from 1100 to 1300°C in atmosphere of air or oxygen. During sintering chlorine is released and anorthite, which can be applied in production of ceramic materials or for catching chlorine, is formed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to regenerate chlorine, applied in chemical technology in processing of electric ashes or other calcium-containing substances and return it into technological cycle.
