FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of components. Set of discs comprises multiple separation discs arranged one on the other in said set. Note here that every said disc extends around rotational axis of the rotor. It features shape converging to taper along rotational axis, inner and outer surfaces, inner edge confining separation disc central bore and outer edge made from deformable material. Set of discs comprises multiple first discs with several spacers extending from inner surface and/or outer surface. Note here that every separation disc has section without said spacers on inner and outer surfaces. Every said spacer comprises at least one zone in contact with outer and inner surfaces of adjacent separation disc of said set. Every said spacer gets in contact with one of said parts without spacers on inner or outer surface of adjacent separation disc of said set. Separation discs are pressed against each other to make said spacers abut tightly on adjacent separation disc. Note also that contact zone cross-section features convex shape with contact area approximating to zero.

EFFECT: higher hygienic properties, easier cleaning of discs.
