FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used in production of high-strength bent in opposite directions. Roll forming machine comprises roll forming device and bending station. Said device comprises rolls to form steel sheet to structural beam. Bending station is used at production line incorporating said roll forming device. Said station comprises bending device with first and second slider. Proposed method comprises steps of steel sheet roll forming to structural beam and bending first and second beam sections in opposite directions.
EFFECT: accurate sizes and accurate cross-section of beam.
