FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an plant for forming a sheet (versions), a way of a tubular beam production (versions) and a machine for roll forming. Technical result is achieved by using a plant for forming a sheet into a continuous beam with four outer walls and a common central section extending between opposite two of those walls. Herewith the four outer walls form a rectangular cross-section, and the common central section separates the rectangular cross-section into the first and the second adjacent tubular elements. Herewith the common central section features rounded by radius ends, and the sheet has edges against the rounded by radius ends. Plant includes a machine for roll forming including positions of roll forming with rollers for sheet forming. Herewith the machine includes a welding station with welding devices and a welding box-shaped clamping device. Welding box-shaped clamping device comprises a frame of the clamping device, outer mandrels resting on the frame of the clamping device and serving as a support for the four outer walls to ensure desirable accurate shape. Herewith two of the external mandrels are made with the possibility of movement, are located opposite to each other and include an actuating mechanism functionally connected with one of the two opposite external mandrels to provide pressing of one of the mandrels for interaction with corresponding opposite walls. Internal mandrels in each of the tubular elements are fixed by means of anchor guys located upstream so that the internal mandrels remain nearby the external mandrels. Herewith the internal mandrels and the external mandrels in a combination with a pressing force created by the actuating mechanism provide controling of the continuous beam shape by bending and displacement of the sheet material when the beam is in the welding box-shaped clamping device during welding performed by the welding device.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency and increased accuracy of the beam dimensions.
