FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for production of oil-and-gas processing hardware and welding of industrial pipelines. Part machined surfaces are coated with protective preservative grease and welded together. Welding zone is heated to 0.7-0.8 of metal melting point and pressure is applied to parts to be welded together. In welding cyclic load is applied to parts to be welded together by low-frequency vibrations of 100-250 Hz with amplitude of 0.1-0.2 mm in circle in the plane parallel with that of weld joint lengthwise axis. Low-frequency vibrations facilitate acceleration of physical contact owing to increased rate of material creepage.
EFFECT: intensified mutual diffusion of metals.
