FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel photo-catalytic composition, intended for percolation of road coverings. Road covering, surface of which is produced from porous asphalt by broken granulometric composition, cavities of which are percolated by liquid mortar, containing cement and photo-catalyst. Liquid mortar does not contain fillers and cavities of porous asphalt with broken granulometric composition are percolated to the depth, constituting in average between 30 and 50 mm. Also described are photo-catalytic mortar, preliminarily mixed dry product, method of increasing road covering material stability and method of road covering preparation.

EFFECT: ability of road covering to perceive intensive, durative photo-catalytic activity, manifested even under influence of considerable mechanic load and adverse weather conditions, both in case of road coverings in cities and in the country, intended for realisation of intensive traffic.
