SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the construction, in particular to the photocatalytic composition based on cement and its use for the production of coatings. Photocatalytic composition based on cement contains: at least one cementitious binder; at least one photocatalyst; at least one cellulose ether; at least one fluidizing agent; at least one first calciferous filler in the form of particles, of which at least 95 % by weight has a size of not more than 100 microns; at least one second calcic filler in the form of particles, of which at least 95 % by weight has a size of not more than 30 microns; at least one silane, deposited on an inorganic substrate in the form of a powder.

EFFECT: technical result is to obtain a finishing wall covering with a very small thickness, in particular for external application, which provides a high and stable photocatalytic effect over a long period of time, optimal coating uniformity and resistance of the coating to weathering factors.
