SUBSTANCE: application of photocatalytic cement composition in form of paint, spraying or plaster to form protective coating on surface, with composition including: superdiluent, selected from sulphated naphthalene or acryl polymer; first cellulose ether with viscosity in the range 500-7000 mPa·s; and second cellulose ether with viscosity in the range 300-1000 mPa·s; at least one adhesive polymer, selected from ethylene polymer, acryl polymer and terpoplymer, which includes as comonomers, at least, one ether of acrylic acid and alcohol and, at least, one ether of vinyl alcohol and carboxylic acid or latex, selected from acryl, styrene and butadiene latexes, together with water, photocatalyst, hydraulic binder and filler, and does not contain starch and its chemically modified derivatives.
EFFECT: increase of photocatalytic activity, elimination of undesirable leak-off phenomenon before product hardening.
