FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Implant is made from spatially cross-linked polymer. It represents a ball, with cylinder for fixation of orbital implant in the area of orbit apex being made from one of its sides on ball surface along the axis, passing through the centre of said ball. On the other side of axis on ball surface made is projection in form of cylinder with rounded front surface for fastening of fixing coating. Fixing coating represents four-petal construction, the centre of which represents a ring with inner diameter. Each of the petals represents two wavy arcs, which originate in the central ring and end with distal ring, which has inner diameter equal to diameter of cylinder for orbital implant fixation in the area of orbit apex. Rings with inner diameter from 0.7 to 1.5 mm, intended for sewing eye muscles in physiological state, adjoin sides of arcs. Wavy arcs are uniformly distributed throughout the ball width. Thickness of fixing coating equals height of cylinder for fastening fixing coating. Fixing coating is made from material with temperature of vitrification from 50 to 80°C.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention will make it possible to increase efficiency of cosmetic prosthetics of eye.
