FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method of extraction of gaseous component, a fluorine-bearing compound, from the mix of gaseous compounds includes bringing the mix in contact with separation material including nonporous fluorocarbon polymer. This results in separation of first gaseous component, a fluorine hydrocarbon, from second gaseous component, the remainder of fluorine hydrocarbons. Then, extraction of the first gaseous component from separation zone as a permeate or as a retentate is performed and, then, extraction of the second gaseous component from separation zone as the retentate in extraction of the first gaseous component as the permeate or its extraction as permeate in extraction of the first gaseous components as the retentate.
EFFECT: efficient separation.
