FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: silicophosphate proton-conducting material is obtained by sol-gel method. Initial substances for method realisation are: tetraethoxysilane, ethanol, orthophosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, quaternary ammonium salt with nitrogen-containing heterocycles with one or two nitrogen atoms, water. 3 versions of obtaining have been elaborated. Target material is obtained in form of film of different thickness.

EFFECT: providing possibility of obtaining silicophosphate proton-conducting material in form of strong film with minimal thickness 100-200 mcm, preservation of high proton conductivity of material in broad temperature range.
