FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: high-strength concrete includes Portland cement, sand, road metal, additive and water. As additive applied is complex additive, which consists of silicic acid sol SiO2×nH2O with density ρ=1.014 g/cm3 and value of pH=4, polycarboxysilicate polymer with density ρ=1.012 g/cm3 and pH=6 and potassium sulfate K2SO4, with the following additive component ratio, wt %: said silicic acid sol 28.00-28.57; said polycarboxysilicate polymer 47.62-48.00; potassium sulfate K2SO4 23.81-24.00, and the following ratio of high-strength concrete components, wt %: Portland cement 15.77-17.02; sand 31.42-32.06; road metal 43.76-44.26; complex additive 0.35-0.36; water 7.45-7.55.
EFFECT: increase of concrete tensile strength in bending, as well as increased crack resistance.
