FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: self-adaptive hydraulic system with variable timing phases is intended for diesel engine 1 electronic control unit. Oil pump 7 connected with pressure control reverse valve 8 is fitted at engine drive output shaft 6. Engine main oil duct 4 communicates with oil pump 7 via oil pump inlet tube 5. Pressure control reverse valve 8 communicates with oil duct 10 and oil return tube 9. Oil duct 10 is connected with oil feed main pipe 11. Motor oil is the system working medium. Oil pump inlet tube 5 sucks oil from engine main oil duct 4. Oil pump 7 is communicated with engine output shaft 1. Pressure control reverse valve 8 adjusts pressurised oil delivered by oil pump 7 to working pressure and changes oil flow direction to change over the system working mode. Oil feed main tube 11, oil duct 10 and engine cylinders are communicated via self-adaptive pusher length variator. Oil return tube 9 is communicated with engine oil-catch tank 3. Said self-adaptive pusher length variator is composed of self-adaptive oil duct changeover mechanism of slide valve type including, at least, base, bottom end plug, piston, rocker ball pin, pin key, inner slide valve and spring. Said base is arranged at the engine cylinder head. Bottom end plug is fitted in said base. Rocker ball pin is connected with engine valve rocker. Rocker ball pin is pressed against piston top end by pin key. Aforesaid base has oil-conducting hole. Bottom end plug is furnished with oil-conducting hole, oil return hole and oil return channel of said bottom end plug. Inner slide valve is pressed to piston bottom end by the spring. Oil main feed tube represents a tube to feed oil from main oil duct to engine cylinders via oil feed pipes. Invention covers self-adaptive hydraulic system with variable timing phases and control thereof.
EFFECT: decreased harmful emissions.
