SUBSTANCE: 3-day newborn rats are placed in a chamber and exposed to the sound of intensity 70 dB, frequency 110 Hz for 60 minutes.
EFFECT: method promotes the development of focal cerebral haemorrhages in the brain cortex in all newborn rats, without the greater vessel rupture that is very close to the clinical pattern of cerebral haemorrhages in newborn children.
