FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to experimental medicine. Creation of conditions of social stress in the form of overpopulation of mice for at least 4 months is used as a stress factor and when hypertensive blood pressure and heart rate levels are reached in animals, lymph vessels are clamped above the deep cervical lymph nodes. 3 days after exposure to the stress factor, immobilization is performed by fixing animal’s legs for 2 hours with its back down. Animal is further released and during the first 8 hours the development of the pre-hemorrhagic state is assessed by the presence of an acute disorder of the venous and microcirculatory link of cerebral blood flow, and 24 hours after immobilization, the development of the post-hemorrhagic state is assessed by the presence of intracranial hemorrhages in the cortex and in the region of cerebral cavities.
EFFECT: method provides the opportunity to study the processes of the pre-and post-hemorrhagic period, expand the understanding of the mechanisms of brain cleansing from metabolic products and identify new ways to correct the brain drainage function.
