FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of production of the structured metal coating of substrate. Initially on the substrate surface the monolayer or oligolayer of surface hydrophobisated substance is applied, and then on the substrate the substance with electric conducting particles is applied in accordance with pre-set pattern. Besides, invention relates to use of this method to manufacture solar panels or printed circuit boards, and electronic part including substrate, on which the structured conducting surface is applied, at this on the surface the monolayer or oligolayer of the surface hydrophobisated material is applied, and on the monolayer or oligolayer the structured conducting surface is applied.
EFFECT: method of creation of structured metal coating on the substrate, upon its implementation the structured metal layer if formed with clearly determined edges, this ensure the picture printing with high resolution and low size structures, used in solar panels.
