SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, particularly hygienic products and aims at tooth brushing. The electrical tooth brush comprises a vibration generator, a main body, a brush head, a gripping body, a cap and a flexible element. The vibration generator is formed by an electric driver comprising a balance weight. The main body comprises an electric driver section from a distal side, and a battery section actuating the electric driver from a basal side. The brush head is detachably connected to the distal portion of the main body. The gripping body integrates a basal end section of the main body, and the battery section. The cap is attached to the main body and integrates an open end face being in contact with the open end face of the gripping body and comprising the brush head. The flexible element is provided between the gripping body and main body received by the gripping body. The main body is formed by an external body comprising a brush fixation tube detachably connected to the brush head, and by an internal body comprising the electric driver section from one end and the battery section from the other end. The internal body is integrated inside the external body so that the electric driver section is tightly seated into a brush fixation tube. A flexible element is provided between the gripping body and the battery section of the internal body. The group of inventions involves another three versions of the electric tooth brush.
