SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to adjuvant compositions containing sulphonyl-cyclodextrine (SL-CD) and saponin. The invention refers to methods and immunological compositions containing at least one antigen which may represent a veterinary antigen. The veterinary antigen in the methods and immunological compositions according to the invention may represent a bovine antigen. The invention refers to the methods and immunological compositions containing a bovine ephemeral fever virus (BEFV), type 1 bovine herpes virus (IBR) or a bluetongue virus (BTV). The invention involves the methods for inducing the BEFV, IBR or BTV immune response in an animal including administering the composition according to the invention into the animal. In the invention particularly, the immune response represents a protective immune response.
EFFECT: invention may be used in veterinary science.
