FIELD: physics, computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and automation. The majority decision element with multidigit internal signal presentation has first (1), second (2) and third (3) current I0 quanta switches with combined current outputs (4), (5), (6), controlled by corresponding sources of input logic signals (7), (8), (9), an output transistor (10), whose collector is the current output (11) of the device, which is matched with a first (12) power supply bus, and the emitter of which is connected to a second (13) power supply bus through a reference current quanta source (14), and an auxiliary reference current source (15). The circuit includes an additional current mirror (16) which is matched with the first power supply bus (12), the non-inverting current input (17) of which is connected to the combined current outputs (4), (5), (6) of the first (1), second (2) and third (3) current I0 quanta switches; the auxiliary reference current source (15) is connected between the inverting current input (18) of the additional current mirror (16) and the second (13) power supply bus, and the current output (19) of the additional current mirror (16) is connected to the emitter of the output transistor (10), wherein the base of the output transistor (10) is connected to a reference voltage source (20).
EFFECT: high speed of operation of the majority decision element.
