FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. In the alcohol beverage formula the total content of ingredients for the preset alcohol content in percent by volume remains within certain limits. The range is determined by equations. The minimum total content of ingredients is determined by the formula (g/l)=(-14.3×ABV)+331.8. The maximum total content of ingredients is determined by the formula (g/l)=(-15.5×ABV)+513.3. The total content of ingredients (g/l) is determined by way of summation of the content of every ingredient (g/l) preliminarily divided by coefficient F. The ingredients are chosen from fructose with F=1.0; glucose with F=1.2; sucrose with F=1.4; such food acid as citric or malic acid with F=2.0; fat and/or oil emulsions with F=2.2; gelatine hydrolysate with F=1.8; propylene glycol with F=1.25; betaine with F=0.67; trehalose with F=1.43; erythrite with F=1.43; sorbitol with F=1.43; isomaltulose with F=2.0; glycerine with F=1.25; maltodextrin with F=2.86.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a fluid frozen beverage within the interval of at least 5 degree Celsius at a temperature between -11 and -20°C.
