FIELD: equipment for enhancing physical capacities of individuals. SUBSTANCE: pivot joint has upper and lower levers to be connected to biological limb joints. Levers are interconnected by pivot hinge through freewheel clutch with clutch holder retaining mechanism. The latter has tie-rod with platform and catch engageable with clutch holder teeth. Platform is pivotally connected with lower lever. Shield is positioned between lower lever and biological joint for rotation about axis of clutch. Overrunning two-way clutch with reversal lever is mounted on pin attached to shield. Overrunning clutch is kinematically connected with pair of conical gear wheels of jack, which is adapted for urging upper lever relative to lower lever.
