FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of ferrites. It can be used in electronic and radio engineering. Initial components are mixed and ground to activate the mix mechanically in energy-intensive apparatus for at least 10 minutes. Produced mix is pelletised, heated by penetrating radiation with electron beam to synthesis temperature, cured at said temperature under radiation and cooled down. Hear it is subjected to the effects of ultrasound at the frequency of 15 to 25 kHz.
EFFECT: higher degree of ferrite monophasity.
