FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fluid ejection head including assy of fluid ejection nozzles arranged nearby backup surface and including multiple nozzles to ejection fluid, in fact, perpendicular to backup surface. Proposed method comprises fabrication of said backup furnished with polymer layer containing a photo curable polymer. First irradiation step and second irradiation step whereat every polymer layer if irradiated. Fabrication of nozzles for ejection from polymer layer. At first irradiation step, polymer layer section of sidewall first sections is irradiated, said sidewalls defining two inner surfaces of said nozzle at opposite ends at ejected fluid outlet. At second irradiation step, polymer layer section of sidewall first sections is irradiated, defining two inner surfaces of said nozzles at opposite ends in orthogonal direction perpendicular to aforesaid direction at ejected fluid outlet. Note here that the angle of inclination of first sidewall sections to backup surface differs from that of second sidewall sections.
EFFECT: higher strength and ejection at lower drag.
