FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fireproof industry, namely to fireproof plastic mass, intended for sealing clearance between lining of casting ladle and flanging of ladle casing and in joints of fireproof laying of heat aggregates, repair and restoration of destroyed parts of fireproof laying. Mass contains alumosilicate filling agent, SAS, plasticiser, fireproof clay and additionally mixture of thermoreactive and thermoplastic phenol resins and ethylene glycol in ratio, wt %: thermoreactive phenol resin 49-53, thermoplastic phenol resin 30-33, ethyleme glycol 17-21 with the following ratio of components of fireproof plastic mass, wt %: mixture of phenol resins and ethylene glycol 8.0-10.0, SAS 0.7-1.5, plasticiser 2.0-4.0, fireproof clay 8.0-10.0, alumosilicate filling agent - the remaining part. Said filling agent has the following fraction composition, wt %: 43-48 0-0.3 mm fr., 52-57 smaller than 0.1 mm fr.
EFFECT: mass possesses reduced open porosity, low shrinkage in exploitation and resistance to impact of low temperatures.
