SUBSTANCE: device to rotate glass vessels, which are in series and stepwise introduced into a testing station, which retains the glass vessel to be inspected on the surface in the vertical position, and discharged from it, besides, the testing station comprises rollers to retain the glass vessel in this testing station for its rotation at the side opposite to that side of the glass vessel that should interact with the specified device to rotate glass vessels, at the same time the specified device for rotation of glass vessels comprises the following: a base element; a carriage element installed on the specified element of the base with the possibility of rectilinear displacement in direction of the glass vessel; a wheel of rotation of items, which is installed as capable of rotation on the specified element of the carriage; an electric motor comprising a pulley of a belt drive; a belt for rotation of items, installed on the specified pulley of the belt drive and onto the specified wheel of the item rotation.

EFFECT: reduced time for inspection of a glass vessel and reduced time between repairs.
