FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device of an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) includes a substrate (1), a conducting layer (3), an organic layer (2) as an active layer and a shunting line (4) as an additional channel of current distribution, besides, the conducting layer (3) is provided on the substrate (1), the shunting line (4) is provided by means of laser deposition on the conducting layer (3). The shunting line (4) is at least partially coated by an electric insulating layer (5), deposited by means of jet printing with dye, gravure and/or screen printing, and the electric insulating layer has thickness from 1 mcm to 2 mcm. Also the method is proposed to manufacture the above OLED.
EFFECT: according to the invention, OLEDs are not prone to short circuits and therefore damage.
