FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the organic electronic gadget, particularly, to OLED and to method of its fabrication. Claimed process of the organic electronic gadget (100) fabrication comprises the steps that follow. First, at least one functional elements is made with at least one organic ply (120). Sealing inorganic ply (140, 141) is applied on over said functional element. The structured organic sealing ply (150, 151) is applied on over said ply (140). The latter is etched to get at least one hole. At least one conducting line (161, 162) is applied in said hole so that it is located at least partially inside the sealing plies (140, 150) and can be accessed from outside at the contact point (CT).
EFFECT: alternative fabrication of organic electronic devices, flexible relative to the gadget 2D shape.
