FIELD: lighting.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for production of OLED devices. Essence of invention consists in that, method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescent light-emitting device with a structured pattern of light-emitting and non-emitting areas, comprising following steps: – providing a substrate covered at least locally with at least one conductive layer as a first electrode; – depositing (D-SML) a stack modification layer locally on top of first electrode to establish first areas covered with stack modification layer, and non-covered second areas adjacent to first areas forming structured pattern, stack modification layer being a layer that comprises a perfluorinated vacuum grease or a perfluorinated vacuum pump oil; – depositing (D-OLS) an organic layer stack comprising at least one organic light-emitting layer on top of first electrode, locally coated with stack modification layer such that organic layer stack is separated from first electrode by stack modification layer in between organic layer stack and first electrode in first areas and is in direct electrical contact with first electrode in second areas; and depositing (D-SE) a conductive metal layer as a second electrode on top of organic layer stack to finish a functional layer stack.

EFFECT: designing a stack structure of functional layers of OLED devices without using a mask.
