FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and bioenergetics. Proposed method comprises forcing said gases through area of bulk high-voltage electric discharge. Note here that plasma treatment is carried out at pressure below barometric pressure while oxidiser and pelletised catalyst are additionally introduced in electric discharge area. Proposed device comprises gas discharge chamber 1 with gas feed pipe 2 and cleaned gas discharge pipe 3. Besides, is comprises vacuum pump 4 connected to gas discharge chamber and arranged inside said chamber 1 in the area of discharge, catalyst 9 and device 8 for distributed feed of oxidiser thereto.

EFFECT: power savings, higher efficiency, controlled and optimised conditions.
