FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of nano-structured materials. Porous metal-matrix base is formed by sintering polymorphous powders of 1-10 mcm dispersion under conditions of free filling. Nanopowder of dispersion 10-4-10-6 mcm is added to said base heated to 0.4 of base material fusion point. Thereafter, compaction is performed at strain corresponding to superplasticity state.
EFFECT: higher physical and mechanical properties, efficient compaction, expanded processing performances.
